AATi operates three modern and specialized production workshops, equipped with industry-leading automated and intelligent production lines and inspection systems.

 

Cathode Plate Workshop

Area: 15,000 m²

Core Capacity: Three advanced automated production lines with an annual capacity of 150,000 cathode plates

Intelligent Automated Production Lines:

Fully digitalized production with real-time monitoring and modular assembly, ensuring high precision and consistent quality across all processes.

 

Advanced Online Inspection System:

Comprehensive intelligent inspection covering V-groove dimensions, plate flatness, and deflection.

Using high-precision laser sensors and automated systems, it achieves micron-level accuracy for automatic detection, data evaluation, and classification-ensuring every product meets strict process standards.

 

Complete Product Ecosystem:

Includes a dedicated production line for high-performance insulating edge strips with an annual capacity of 200,000 sets, and a cathode plate refurbishment line with an annual capacity of 80,000 plates-offering full-cycle services from new plate manufacturing to used plate regeneration.

Composite Material Workshop

Area: 12,000 m²

Core Technology:

Based on 20 years of proprietary metallurgical bonding technologies, achieving true metallurgical adhesion between different metals, ensuring superior strength, corrosion resistance, and reliability.

 

Core Capacities:

Composite Rod Production Line: Annual capacity of 150,000 pieces, suitable for demanding electrolytic environments.

Special Alloy Composite Wire Production Line: Annual capacity of 400 tons, meeting high-end industrial requirements for material strength and performance.

Anode Plate Workshop

Area: 18,000 square meters.

Core Capacity:

An integrated production line for lead anode plate rolling was established in 2018. In 2024, the process was upgraded, and a second integrated production line for anode plate rolling was established, achieving an annual capacity of 250000 plates.

 

Core Highlights:

Through technological innovation and upgrading, the company developed the "Lbap-M2+ Metallurgical Lead-Based Multi-Alloy Anode Plate Automated Rolling and Shearing Integrated Equipment," which has brought the equipment level for improving product production capacity to a new level.

 

The equipment manufacturing technology features:

 

 

The microstructure, density, and bonding strength with the matrix of the produced electrode plates are enhanced by the combination of refined alloy grain elements and equipment processes. The mechanical strength and hardness of the lead plates are improved, and a dense lead oxide film is formed on the surface, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the alloy. After repeated rolling, the plate achieves the best performance with high matrix density and strong deformation resistance, and improves the adhesion between the dense protective layer and the metal matrix. Tests show that the performance of the anode plates produced by this equipment process fully meets the requirements for use.
