It is then shaped via an extrusion process to produce edge banding profiles of precise dimensions. After extrusion, the edge strips undergoes a cooling treatment, is cut to the required lengths, and receives necessary surface finishing. Every batch of products undergoes rigorous quality inspection prior to shipment; only after being confirmed as meeting our quality standards are the products properly packaged and dispatched.
