The traditional ISA process uses electroplating to process the copper layer of copper-clad steel cathode hanger bar. The integrity and density of the copper layer produced by this process is poor, and it is very easy for the layer to corrode and peel off in the process of use.

AATi abandons the traditional electroplating process and adopts a new composite process, using highly dense copper tube to replace the traditional copper layer, and composite the two tightly through the multi-channel extrusion method of profiled mold, so that the copper tube is tightly wrapped in the stainless steel tube surface. It realizes the high ratio of copper layer and stainless steel layer, perfectly solves the problem of copper layer shedding, and realizes the perfect combination of electrical conductivity and mechanical strength.
