The testing of titanium cathode plates mainly involves two steps
High-Precision V-Groove Laser Monitoring System
This system uses a KEYENCE high-precision 3D laser sensor head to scan the V-groove on the bottom of the cathode plate.
It captures and analyzes the groove profile in real time, achieving measurement accuracy up to 0.3μm.
This system accurately displays V-groove dimensions, ensuring that every product meets quality standards.
Plate Flatness Inspection System(after laser cutting, before welding)
Combining domestically produced high-precision laser technology with a Yaskawa six-axis robotic arm, this system achieves precise scanning of the plate surface.
The independently developed data processing system calculates flatness parameters in real time, maintaining a control accuracy of ≤1mm.
Based on the inspection results, the system instructs the robotic arm to automatically sort or perform secondary processing, ensuring that only qualified products are accepted by the next process.
