These talks stemmed from initial discussions between the Vinmart Group and AATi regarding potential cooperation in the Congolese stainless steel cathode plate market.

Collaborative Expansion and Shared Development Benefits: Based on the core strengths of both parties, a joint development strategy covering the DRC and global target markets will be formulated to achieve channel sharing, customer sharing, and revenue sharing, maximizing the synergistic effects of cooperation.
