Production Progress Update: Copper-Clad Stainless Steel Conductive Bars Fully Manufactured and Cathode Plates Machining Completed

July 10, 2026 - The company has achieved another important progress in the key supporting component manufacturing project. All customized stainless steel copper-clad conductive beams have completed full-process production and passed internal quality inspection, with all performance indicators up to standard. The finished products are now properly stored and ready for subsequent delivery, marking a comprehensive breakthrough in the production of core supporting parts for the cathode plate project.

The batch of completed conductive bars adopts a high-performance composite structure with a specification of 25*38*1340mm. The outer layer is made of 3mm-thick 316L stainless steel pipe, which features excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and structural rigidity. The inner core is equipped with solid C11000 copper rod that boasts outstanding electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. Through professional composite processing technology, 100% metallurgical bonding is realized between the stainless steel outer layer and copper inner core. The integrated structure effectively avoids delamination, gap and other quality risks, ensuring stable electrical conduction performance and long-term service reliability of the product. A total of 1,440 pieces of conductive beams have been fully produced in this batch.

It is reported that earlier on July 7, 2026, the company successfully completed precision cutting and surface flattening processes for all duplex stainless steel cathode plates of the project. The cathode plates are designed with a uniform thickness of 3.0mm, including 1,200 pieces of 968mm-wide specification and 1,200 pieces of 886mm-wide specification, totaling 2,400 pieces. All plates have passed preliminary quality inspection with accurate dimensional tolerance and flat surface, meeting the assembly requirements for matching with conductive bars.

At present, all cathode plates are in standby status for assembly and welding. The subsequent core construction work will focus on the precision welding of duplex stainless steel cathode plates and finished stainless steel copper-clad conductive beams. The project team has formulated a scientific and detailed construction plan, deployed professional technical personnel and supporting equipment, and implemented full-process quality supervision and control.

According to the unified project schedule, all welding operations and comprehensive quality inspection work of the entire project will be completed within one week. After passing the customer's final acceptance, the company will coordinate logistics resources efficiently, arrange batch shipment in a timely manner, and ensure the full delivery of the project with high quality and on schedule.

The successive completion of cathode plate finishing and conductive bar mass production fully reflects the company's strong technical strength in composite material processing and precision metal manufacturing, as well as efficient project execution and quality control capabilities. In the next stage, the company will continue to strictly follow industrial production standards and project requirements, steadily promote follow-up welding and inspection procedures, and provide customers with high-quality products and reliable one-stop manufacturing services with rigorous craftsmanship and efficient progress.
