Production Progress Update: Machining of Duplex Stainless Steel Cathode Plates Fully Completed, Welding Phase Upcoming
July 7, 2026 - The production and processing of customized duplex stainless steel cathode plates have achieved a key milestone. All core procedures including precision cutting and surface flattening for the batch production have been successfully completed. The product quality and dimensional accuracy fully meet the project's technical specifications and customer acceptance criteria, laying a solid foundation for subsequent welding assembly and on-time delivery.
All finished cathode plates feature a uniform thickness of 3.0mm. The finished batch consists of two width specifications, including 1,200 pieces of 968mm-wide plates and 1,200 pieces of 886mm-wide plates, with a total of 2,400 finely processed units. Throughout the production process, the project team complied strictly with high-end industrial plate manufacturing standards. Key technical indicators such as cutting tolerance and surface flatness were precisely controlled. Standardized cutting procedures ensured minimal dimensional deviation, while professional flattening treatment eliminated internal stress and plate deformation. The overall flatness, structural stability and assembly adaptability of the cathode plates are fully qualified for subsequent installation and connection with conductive components.
All processed duplex stainless steel cathode plates have been sorted, inspected and properly stocked, ready for the upcoming welding operation. The next phase will focus on precision welding between the cathode plates and stainless steel copper-clad conductive beams. To ensure steady project progress, the team has formulated a detailed construction schedule, allocated professional technical personnel and dedicated production equipment, and established full-process quality control protocols to standardize all welding procedures.
According to the production schedule, all welding work and comprehensive quality inspection procedures for the entire batch will be finished within one week. Upon final customer acceptance, the company will arrange logistics and product shipment promptly to ensure high-quality and on-time order delivery.
The successful completion of the preliminary machining procedures demonstrates the company's mature manufacturing technology for high-grade metal plates and reliable project execution capability. Moving forward, we will continue to enforce strict quality control and efficient progress management. Adhering to refined production and standardized quality assurance, we will steadily advance subsequent production procedures and order delivery, striving to deliver high-quality products and professional services to customers.
